At Tix & Mix, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, our seamless exchange process ensures you find your style without the stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
